1950 Fender Broadcaster
1950 Fender Broadcaster. An amazing player’s grade Broadcaster that has been fully restored by JW Restoration with some body work, refin, refret and pickup rewind (serious inquiries please contact us for full restoration details). Pre-dating the Telecaster, the Broadcaster was part of the beginning of the classic slab body guitar we know and love today. They were made in extremely limited numbers, only being produced for a few short months in late-1950. This guitar has some serious mojo and is a fantastic player! Medium profile C-shaped neck up by the nut that transitions into a chunkier soft V-shape as you move towards the body. The refret was done with slightly larger frets allowing you to really dig in. The pickups sound killer with vintage Fender twang and liveliness that makes this guitar scream! A great way to get into a vintage Broadcaster! Includes non-original repro thermometer hardshell case.
